Hat (preferably wide-brimmed) and sturdy walking shoes, camera. We can provide sunscreen. If you have polarised sunglasses please bring these as well as these will give you an advantage. Light weight breathable clothing is preferred in summer, but always have a jumper handy as weather can change quickly, especially in the high country. All fishing tackle is supplied, but if you have your own that you would like to use you are welcome. All trips include snacks and drinks. Lunch is provided on the full day trips.

Do you cater for all levels of fishing/bird watching?

Yes we enjoy teaching beginners and have the expertise to cater for more experienced clients.

What can my partner do if they don’t want to join a tour?

We are happy to cater for non-fishing partners and find that they also enjoy there day on the water. Great scenery is to be expected and our raft trips in particular offer a great experience with the added bonus of wildlife viewing. We recommend that non- fishing partners wear plenty of sun protection and bring a camera. Price for half day is $ 75, full day is $ 95.

What if the weather is bad on the day of the tour?

Please remember that our trips are all outdoor based activities and you must come prepared for the elements. We do not issue rain checks/cancellations for inclement weather conditions. We want you to have fun and will not try to force you to go out in atrocious conditions, but many cancellations would be avoided by simply discussing the options with us. If we determine that the weather is a problem, we will offer you an alternative booking day/time or refund you deposit in full.

I have special dietary requirements. Do you cater for this?

We can cater for specialised dietary requirements. Please advise us of any requirements prior to the day and we will ensure these are catered for.

What are the safety measures you have in place?

We always have a satellite phone, EPIRB and first aid kit with us. We have current first aid certificates and a 4WD vehicle, and Personal Flotation Devices are worn during all boating activities. We also provide a dry-bag for your valuables on all water-based tours. Cameron holds a current Inland waters Coxswain certificate and formal 4x4 qualifications.

I only have a few hours, is there a tour for me?

Our evening rise trips take only 3 hours and are popular for people on a tight schedule. Tuition can also be arranged by the hour in all aspects of fly fishing.

We have more than 2 guests – do you cater for more?

For a third person we offer a reduced fee of $ 90 for a half day and $ 130 for a full day. If you are happy for more people to come along we can work out a specific rate.

Can I purchase the fishing equipment?

Much of the equipment used during your days fishing can be ordered for you if you wish to purchase it. Cameron is also able to tie and supply flies that you may like to purchase for future fishing trips.

Please refer to our booking agreement.

Do I need to book in advance?

We recommend booking your trip as far away as possible as it will allow you to secure your preferred dates, especially during the peak seasons of spring, summer and autumn. We are often flexible and can fit you in on a last minute trip.

Where and when do we meet?

We often pick up clients from their local accommodation, allowing them to fully enjoy there day out with us. If fishing a location further afield or if requested we will meet you at a pre-determined location. Remember if travelling to our area via Albury airport, we also offer transfers. Full day and evening trips can often see us ending well after dark to take advantage of the peak evening hours. This can mean a late night especially during the daylight saving periods of summer. Please let us know when you book your trip if you need an earlier start time or a shorter day.
